Cost of Treatment

The Clinic Fees are based upon the length of time of the treatment regardless of which modality or combination of modalities will be used for a specific session. In the case of a treatment that requires extra supplies such as lymphedema compression bandaging or raindrop style essential oil treatments, there will be an extra cost for the supplies used. 

30 minute treatment   $60.00 + HST

60 minute treatment   $95.00 + HST

90 minute treatment  $140.00 + HST

PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY CASH, CHEQUE, CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT WITH TAP FUNCTION AND E TRANSFERS.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

A Caring Treatments gift certificate is perfect for any occasion and is a great way to show someone that you really care about them. Everyone loves a gift of relaxation but the people who really love the massage gifts are elders who have everything that they need and really don't want to find room in their closets for more clothes or dust more nick knacks. Also new parents are also very grateful for a chance to rest and ease up the aches from carrying baby, car seats etc. and a mom-to-be has a rapidly changing body that can be quite sore at times. If you can't think of a perfect gift for your loved one then consider a Caring Treatments gift certificate.

You can give a gift for any amount of time or even several that can be combined or divided up as the lucky person wishes.  My gift certificates are for my time and skills so the person can decide at the time what type of treatment they want when they book or come in for their treatment.  This takes all the pressure off of you as the giver because they will choose what is right for them with the time that you have given them.

The gift certificate is not limited by an expiry date so if the card and certificate are put in a drawer and forgotten for a time, I will still honour them when they are found and brought in for use.

Payment can be by cash, cheque or credit card so  you can even order a massage gift certificate over the phone of by e-mail and have it mailed to you or the person you wish to receive it.

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit card and debit cards with tap function. I also accept e- transfers. I can bill GreenShield and DVA policies directly however most plans require payment to the therapist and then submit the receipt to your extended health carrier.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

When you book an appointment with me, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I never double book and I try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.

Please understand that missed appointments prevent me from catering to other clients.

That said, my policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Cancellations

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with me, please contact me by phone or text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach me, please leave a message on my voice-mail system or as a text. If I do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.

Note: I recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so please let me know even if it is last minute and I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
